My own journey with the voice did not begin with music theory, but with a profound encounter with myself.

On the way I discovered that the voice is not something we train,

it is something we remember.

I know that feeling.
The quiet longing to express yourself more deeply. The desire to sing, to sound freely, and to feel the natural flow of your true being.

Often, we learn to navigate the world by staying quiet or carefully controlling our expression. Even those of us who love to sing can sometimes feel a gap between the sound we make and the truth we feel inside.

We might miss that deep, grounded connection where the voice becomes a source of inner strength—a way to truly soothe and stabilize the nervous system.

I see it so often as an invisible "armour" we carry. Many of us have learned to subconsciously hold back our free flow of sound, perhaps not even realising how much we’ve shut down our natural resonance.

But there is so much power and joy waiting in that raw expression. When we allow our voice to breathe and vibrate without judgment, it becomes its own kind of medicine. It becomes a path to feeling "at home" in our skin and finding the strength that comes from our own authentic nature.

Atmospheric Audiovisual Sessions: You will receive immersive videos of me in nature, sharing sounding practices and somatic reflections. These are designed for you to watch in your own space, allowing you to live your own private experience

Direct Guidance: I will be walking this path with you. Regardless of the path you choose, you will have direct access to me for feedback, questions, and personal reflections as you move through the practices.

Individual Resonance (Optional): For those who seek deeper collective or personal integration, I offer individual Zoom meetings to sound together and share the journey in real-time.
